Dulwich Prep London recently announced that we will be extending our Early Years to open a provision for two year olds, and we are now excited to recruit an inspiring, confident and committed individual to lead the Two Year Old Room from April 2024.
Once the provision opens in September 2024, the Fledglings Class Leader will be responsible for the oversight of the pastoral wellbeing and developmental progress of all the children, and for creating and managing a caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment. This role reports to our Head of Early Years.
We would welcome applicants who have experience of caring for and inspiring children, with strong communication and leadership skills, and who possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum, its statutory requirements, and of safeguarding procedures. A full and relevant level 3 qualification is essential.
