Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estates Manager to lead our dedicated team of 16 staff members. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our school’s infrastructure, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and refurbishment program across the entire school campus
  • Oversee Health & Safety management, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and policies
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Accredited Health & Safety Competent Person status (or working towards NEBOSH certificate/diploma)
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Substantial experience in line management
