Pre-Prep first week back

Posted: 14th September 2016

The Pre-Prep boys have started the term with huge amounts of ‘Courage’! Over the past couple of weeks the boys have been trying very hard to be courageous about coming in to school on their own, trying new foods in the lunch hall, making new friends and attempting new challenges with their learning.

Their Excellent Learning focus this week is Organising Octopus and therefore learning how to tackle a task. Some of the fine motor activities Year 1 have experienced included trying to thread pasta hoops onto the prongs of a fork and writing their names with cold cooked spaghetti!

Meanwhile, Year 2 have reinterpreted the idea of a ‘selfie’ and created amazingly accurate portraits.
