Early Years celebrate St Patrick's Day

Posted: 21st March 2017

On Friday Mrs Chambers made a welcome return to the Early Years with her guitar to tell an audience of 3 and 4 year olds the story of St Patrick, the Patron Saint of Ireland.

Together with her son, who is in Year 4, she beautifully sang Dublin’s anthem, ‘Molly Malone’ also known as ‘Cockles and Mussels’ and they then taught the captivated young audience how to Irish Dance. What a terrific end to the week and a wonderful St Patrick’s Day celebration.  Thank you Chambers family!
