3C Assembly

Posted: 6th March 2019

3C-2

It is almost impossible for us to imagine a world where we have no home but a makeshift tent, no access to family members and indeed no safety to be out of doors. However, this is the reality for millions of children who are refugees across the world. 3C’s assembly enabled us to appreciate how fortunate we are and how grateful we should be for the lives we are able to enjoy in England. As their story of ‘The Giant Watermelon’ described, whilst initially the thought of no school might well appeal to the boys, the stark reality of this would be far from welcome.
