Last week the Early Years were visited by Pythons, Bearded Dragons, Tarantulas, Stick Insects and Giant Millipedes. An expert from a local school told the children all about the insects’ origins and let the children hold them if they wanted to. The Reception boys wrote about what they had seen, drew pictures and made butterfly wall hangings. The Nursery children all voted for their favourite exotic pet and there was a landslide victory for the Bearded Dragon!
