Lower School Voices

Posted: 28th March 2019

A chorus of 200 boys singing their hearts out was a superb way to start our day on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Lower School ‘Voices’ assembly. From the extremely grumpy boys singing the ‘School Song’ from Matlida to the joy of the finale of Grease, our delight was not only the sound the boys produced but their focus on the mood and meaning of the songs. These were then followed by poems from each class; poems to make us think about the journey of life, the feeling of being very hungry, the joy of scooting, and to not be ill on a Saturday. Many thanks to Ms Gilsenan and Mrs Chambers for their work in drama and music to prepare the boys.
