1W Class Assembly

Posted: 20th March 2019

Last week, 1W presented their Class Assembly ‘Life in Year 1’.  The boys incorporated what they had learnt so far, their favourite Topic fact, a poem highlighting all the different parts of speech and a Maths Quiz hosted by our very own Albert Einstein! The boys also shared their hopes and dreams for the future, by showing artwork depicting what they would like to be when they grow up.

If their dreams are anything to go by, 1W will provide the next generation of inventors, army soldiers, engineers, sportsmen, dolphin trainers and ‘The Greatest Showman’! The Assembly included the catchy tune “Good to be me” and the beautiful “When I grow up” which had many in the audience (including staff!) reaching for the tissues.

The boys did a wonderful job and showed just how much they have learnt and grown during their time in Year 1.  Well done 1W.
