Alexander had an amazing time last Friday at the BBC 500 Words Final at the Tower of London. It was an incredible experience for him to play an active role in a national radio live broadcast, an experience which Alexander will never forget. He was very excited to meet so many famous people from singers Olly Murs and One Direction’s Niall Horan, to his favourite author David Walliams and even Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cornwall! What a day! It was a real treat and a great celebration of the Top 50 Finalists and their stories. Alexander felt super proud to be part of it, especially when they announced that the competition recorded another record year with a staggering 131,798 entries!
