Success in National Schools' Cross Country Championships

Posted: 13th April 2016

The National Prep Schools Cross Country Championships, held at Malvern College, was the final cross country race of the season and it was a tough one! In glorious sunshine the boys all ran very well in an extremely competitive event.

This was a genuine cross country course and involved steep hills, boggy ground and even a stream to run through.

The top finisher in the junior race was James Barnes coming in a very respectable 28th place. In the senior boys race Toby Reynolds lead the field for the first third of the race but then ran out of steam and came in 24th place.

Well done to all the boys who took part. For full results please go to http://www.malverncollege.org.uk/National-Prep-Schools-Cross-Country-Championships-2016
